What is the Ritual Kit?
The Ritual Kit is a simple self care practice designed to help you pause, reconnect with your body, and bring intention into your day.
The ritual combines a few gentle actions — touch, breath, and mindful movement — to create a small moment of presence.
It is not meant to be complicated.
Just a quiet ritual you can return to whenever you need it.
How long does the ritual take?
The ritual takes around 10 minutes.
It is designed to be short enough to fit easily into daily life, while still giving your body and mind a moment to slow down.
When should I do the ritual?
Most people enjoy the ritual:
• in the morning, to begin the day with intention
• in the evening, as a calming transition before rest
There is no strict rule.
The ritual can be done whenever you feel the need to pause.
Do I have to follow the ritual exactly?
Not at all.
The ritual is a guide, not a rule.
You are free to adapt it in a way that feels natural to you.
The most important element is presence — slowing down and reconnecting with your body.
Do I need prior experience with facial massage?
No experience is necessary.
The movements are simple and intuitive.
A guide is included to help you begin, but most people quickly develop their own rhythm.

What materials are used in the products?
We select materials that are simple, durable, sourced sustainably and comfortable to use.

Can I use my own skincare products with the ritual?
Yes.
Some people choose to apply their favourite face oil or skincare product before using the roller.
This helps the roller glide smoothly over the skin.
Is the ritual suitable for sensitive skin?
The ritual involves gentle touch and light facial massage and is suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin.
If you have sensitive skin or a medical skin condition, we recommend using very light pressure and consulting your skincare professional if unsure.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location.

Yes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders are currently shipped from our Auckland warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
How do I request a return?

What if my item arrives damaged?
